Malibu – Midcentury
Re-invention—not demolition—was the mandate for this Malibu residence. Dated, but with a workable footprint, this 1970s coastal home was completely transformed. The renovation involved a holistic re-thinking of how a mid-century house could maintain its identity, yet be updated to reflect a contemporary interpretation of a 70s vibe.
